The location is perfect and Xiaolin is so kind, helpful and efficient. There is a 24/7 breakfast room available that has a huge variety of snacks and drinks with an indoor and outdoor sitting area. The room was nice and comfortable and the lodge is situated in a perfect location for all the tours - close enough to the main road for easy access to the shops and restaurants but still far enough (2 mins) to be quiet at night for a comfortable sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Located in San Pedro de Atacama, 8 km from Piedra del Coyote, Hotel Desertica has a garden, as well as free WiFi. The room, the outdoor area that is beautifully maintained and the very nice and professional staff. We loved the small finishing touches like the turn down service, the small gift on our last evening, as well as the provided waterbottles that we were proactively allowed to keep after our stay! The breakfast was the best that we had during our Chile trip.

Everyone in the staff is very helpful and polite, they gave us lots of recommendations and provided us with a nice time. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything was perfect. The breakfast had lots of options and everything was delicious. Even though the hotel is a bit far off the main street, the hotel provides free transportation there. There are also bikes available for guests.
