The owner Laura went above and beyond for us. She booked bus tickets for us, made dinner reservation for us and arranged taxis. She is so friendly and helpful. We were leaving very early on departure day (4:00AM) and she had coffee maker ready to go for us and a "to go" breakfast to tide us over until we arrived in Torres Del Pain. Very clean and lots of hot water.

Highly recommend and would stay again, a highlight of our trip.

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of mountain, El Establo is situated in Puerto Natales, 700 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Couldn’t recommend this lovely place more highly. The room was comfy, clean and big, the breakfast was the best we’ve had whilst travelling but most of all, the people who own and run El Establo make you feel like family. We stayed twice :)

Breakfast and the room were great but that is what really made it for us. They gave great recommendations of what to do in town and in the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our trip so far.

This serene boutique hotel is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. We had a corner room with views toward the snow capped mountains and over the sound. Every aspect of the property is curated to create a zen like aura. Sadly, we were their only for one night! It is out of town but taxis are readily available and in expensive in Natales. Hotel restaurant meals (dinner and breakfast) were excellent.
