It’s walking distance to everything. Good breakfast with lots of fruit and eggs made to order.

Situated in Cahuita, 1.1 km from Blanca, Ocean View Lodge features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Location is stunning, right on the sea front on playa negra with a little garden with various hammocks and seating in which to sit watching the waves crash. We had one of the two suites with kitchenette - all was very well equipped with large fridge/freezer and induction hob. Enormous bed and, rather strangely, a jacuzzi corner bath (which we didn't use, but maybe is fun during the rainy season). Easy and well lit stroll into downtown Cahuita for restaurants, bars, supermarkets and entrance to the National Park. Pool very clean, sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. Private locked parking is across the road, plenty of space. Staff were wonderful, genuinely happy and helpful.
