Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions. BOHO Tamarindo is located in Tamarindo and has an outdoor swimming pool. Featuring luggage storage space. Each room has a patio. All rooms at BOHO Tamarindo feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. The hotel itself is awesome. Rooms are clean and the foyer area - where breakfast is served every day is quaint and welcoming. Johanna was very nice and helpful, all of her suggestions were perfect; especially surfing, michel is a top notch teacher! The location is close to the beach, and walking distance from town. It’s far enough away that it was very quiet at night, giving a very private feel. Overall, I would highly recommend the Boho!

Beautiful apartments located within a small garden, outside of the busy area, but within 10min of waking distance. Easily the most comfortable apartment we've had in Costa Rica. Excellent communication with our hosts, we received a detailed document with recommendations and instructions upfront and someone was always available at the office for questions or just a friendly chat. Beach equipment was available free of charge. Amazing, highly recommend staying here. PS: to escape the crowds, check out Playa Langosta!

La Ramona is a great spot in Tamarindo if you want to be close to town but not too close. It is quiet and so relaxing and Paolo the owner is laid back but still very attentive to all your needs. The room and outdoor shower were so nice and larger than my wife and I expected. It was a great home base and only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town, coffee and shops. Loved it!

The pool area and the whole lodge is really nice - you can spend quality & chill time there! The breakfast was incredible - everyday something else and even freshly baked brioche (homemade by the owner‘s wife). We would recommend the hotel 100% - Tibo is such a nice and caring host!
