Rinconcito Lodge features a garden and complimentary WiFi in public areas. The rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. They have wooden furniture. All staff were lovely and smiling. Our room had a very nice view. The room was clean, the food was very good.

Located 54 km from Playa Hermosa, Vida Aventura Nature Park offers accommodation 16 km Rincon de La Vieja National Park. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. Jorge was attentive and helpful. We did the zipline and horseback riding tours which was a lot of fun!

Santa Maria Volcano Lodge offers pet-friendly accommodation. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Excellent value accommodation in peaceful location in a less touristy area of Costa Rica. We enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend this place.

This is the place if you want to relax. Perfect location for exploring the national park and a day trip to the nearby adventure park. The lodge is well maintained and very spacious. There's good food options at the restaurant. Staff are nice.

Located in the beautiful country side near Rincon de la Vieja National Park, Casa Rural Aroma de Campo is a quaint B&B with on-site natural springs and a kitchen serving delicious Costa Rican cuisine.... it’s a great, cosy camp run by a very friendly couple, their two dogs and the wonderful parrot. they provide a list of advices on what to do and recommended dinner options (note that the national park of Rincon is not opened on Monday’s). they als provide the option of having an excellent home cooked meal at the camp, which is served family style on a large table to be enjoyed with the other guests. the cabins are great and it’s lovely chilling on the small porch in front.

Don Francisco is a very nice host, open for all questions and a good local guide with fantastic recommendations. For people traveling without car don Francisco is also doing transfers like to the national park. Nice Lodge nice place and you feel like you are a part of the family.
