The hotel is right besides the Soccer field, and this turned out to be great. We bought a soccer ball from the local hardware store, and my children ended up playing soccer nightly with the local kids. It was a really great experience for all of us. The hotel is clean, very secure at night, and extremely conveniently located for brining your luggage to and from the dock.

We took the night to through Tuanis with Bernie and I highly recommend it. We say everything and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Simple place in the middle of wildlife - at the edge of the jungle and close to the beach. Good breakfast. The tour guides associated with the hotel were great. We had an early morning canoe tour with Bernie.

Very close to the beach and national park. Short walk to town. Hammocks to rest in outside. Quiet at night. I could hear the sound of the waves. Ask for a map of the town because at first it’s a little confusing. I think mostly locals stay here. No AC but it wasn’t needed. My room had 3 beds and a fan for each bed. The proprietor used an app to translate his Spanish into English for me. I was very pleased with this place.

From the moment I walked through the gate I felt in heaven. Beautiful garden, staff super friendly. Bed comfy, hammocks outside room where I watched hummingbirds in the garden and green macaws flying over. Little handwritten welcome notes and gifts of earplugs/chocolate was so sweet.
