Very pleasant stay and nice saltwater pool! the staff was always friendly and we felt so comfortable that we almost spent the rest of our multi island trip here.

The location is perfect, right on the main square and 3 mins by foot from the beach. The rooms are actually way nicer than in the pictures. Very cute place. Nice buffet breakfast as well.

Ni the chef prepared us a wonderful dinner, and local breakfast freshly made. Danielle and Steve served us, and shared their culture with us with a lot of sympathy. The swimming pool was clean and has an awesome view to the Malagueta mountains and valley. The bedroom was very spacious and immaculate. And had an amazing view. I would totally recommend the place to anyone who's searching for a nice, comfy and "it feels like home 🏠 place". The music in the esplanade was local and really pleasant. Amazing and thanks for everything dear hosts.

We slept very well as beds were very comfortable and the sound of waves crashing on the beach was so calming! Personnel took great care of us and our children! Restaurant serves delicious food!

La veritat és que Praia no val res, amb passar un dia és més que suficient. Val molt més la pena visitar altres parts de la illa, sobretot el nord. Tarrafal és segurament la millor zona de Santiago.

The place is very clean. The location is as good as you can get. I was really pleased that I was able to shut out every bit of sunlight coming into the room, which made it much easier to sleep at night.

Island Santiago is definitelly worth visiting. We spent few days in Sal but Santiago is so much different and authentic. Casa Strela is wonderful place to stay, it has a great vibe. Perfect and friendly staff will even make it more genuine for you. I would like to mention the delicious food, great choice of fish dishes and super cocktails dobe by Ariana and Jonathan. Will be defo back.
