Don’t follow google maps to walk to hotel from train station walk through the large mall. Staff was great. Lots of meeting area or nooks in lobby to meet up with friends and colleagues. Very quiet

One of the rare Hotels these days in which the traveller and customer is treated well, meaning staff on the front desk, the bar, or at breakfast takes some time to look up to the customer, recognises him or her, looks in the eyes, takes even a moment to do a little smalltalk, where service is not just only a job for them. Rare to find these days, especially in Germany and with people of the younger generations working in the service business of any kind or rating. I really loved that in this Hotel here in walking distance 300 metres ish from downtown Braunschweig in Lower Saxony. Nothing either to complain about the facilities. I for sure will return when in the area.
