We were allowed to wash clothes, which was so helpful since we're traveling for almost a month! The outdoor dining deck overlooking the lake was wonderful. The staff was excellent. They were so friendly and spoke good English for us.

Very well located within the old town and in walkable distance to the castle. Besides a gourmet restaurant the hotel also has a bistro where we had an excellent dinner

This environmentally-friendly, 4-star hotel in Schwerin is set in a historic building on the banks of Lake Ziegelsee with its own boat jetty. Studio room was great and clean. Personals are nice at the hotel. Especially they were helpful and child friendly at the restaurant.

Schwerin city centre is 6 km away. מלון ארבעה כוכבים שהוא בעצם כפר נופש מטופח ויפה מאד. החדרים נמצאים במספר בניינים, למלון חוף אגם פרטי- יפה מאד עם מקומות ישיבה ודמוי חוף ים, סאונה, בריכה וחיות שונות שמהוות אטרקציה חמודה מאד ובוודאי חוויתית מאד לילדים(ביחוד האלפקות). המלון מטופח ביותר, וחדר האוכל יפהפה עם ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. הגענו שלא בעונת הרחצה אבל עדיין נהנינו מהטיול בדשאים וליד האגם. החדר שלנו היה מרווח מאד, נקי, עם מיטבחון. ואיפשר לשבת עם בני המשפחה ולאכול ביחד ארוחת ערב. הווי פיי טוב מאד והחניה הינה בחינם.

Beautiful location, right in front of the lake. There's a restaurant downstairs, which unfortunately closes at 6pm. On the plus side, it is very quiet. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. Balcony is semi-private; it is shared with the rest of the guests (there are 4 rooms) Once it gets dark, you can see that seagulls rest on the deck. Shortly before sunrise, they...well, seagulls being seagulls. The soundproofing of the room was amazing though. When the window is closed, you hear pretty much nothing. The room itself is spacious. There is a small walk-in closet and there's a mini fridge inside.

This family owned and run hotel was just wonderful. I did not expect to find such a gem in the outskirts of Schwerin. It is what I call an honest down to earth hotel, the staff wonderful, the room in much better shape than I saw on certain high class hotels in my traveling past. And although I booked on a very short notice during traveling peak season / long weekend, I think I got the best room there - facing west with a balcony, able to enjoy the sunset. And as the hotel, so was the food in the restaurant - honest and very good. I strictly recommend this Hotel.

Set in a historic building with original stained glass windows from the 19th-century, this hotel enjoys a central location in Schwerin. We made a dinner reservation and the quality of the meal and the wine pairings were excellent. Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive.

Located directly on the pier, overlooking the scenic Lake Pfaffenteich, this family-run hotel offers free internet access and regional cuisine. It is just a 5-minute drive to Schwerin city centre. Excellent location... Near the train station, Altstadt, and other attractions like the castle etc. It's directly across Pfaffenteich. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets smelled new and fresh, breakfast was more than adequate. The owner and the employees were kind.
