Situated in Goldbach, 43 km from German Film Museum, Das Betthupferl features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking and a terrace. Located around 43 km from Cathedral of St. The soundproof windows and the automatic shutters were a true delight. It was also wonderful to look up at the very top of the roof and see an old cartoon figure sitting there. My apologies, but my wife and I forgot the name of the character. I realize that out of all the wonderful things inside to comment on, it’s unbelievable to be commenting on a small figure, outside, on the rooftop. The hidden message is that the proprietor spared nothing to ensure that the guests were accommodated. I assure you that I will probably be the only guest to make a comment of such least expected item(s).

I had a terrific stay at Landhotel Kahtalmuehle. It was my second time. This time around, it was even more pleasant. The new owners were exceptionally friendly, caring, helpful. I arrived late at night (after midnight, in fact), and the owner himself came to open the door for me. The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower. Everything looked very modern and state-of-the-art. Lovely service and breakfast (omelettes made to your specifications). An all-around wonderful three days.

Breakfast was rich and delicious. Beds are comfy and warm. Room was clean and ridy. It's not a 5-star hotel, but we stayed for 1 night in transit and it's perfect for that. Location is very good, exactly off the highway ramp.
