An indispensable stop in a wonderful city, outside of the tyipcal touristic route. The man in the reception (and lily, his dog) were exceptionally kind with us, true friends in Marsa Matruh. We have to come back sometime! The views from the room were spectacular, you could feel the turquoise waters. Also perfectly clean and comfortable, our 10 to this place.

The hospitality we received were extremely over expectations, this was my first time visiting Address beach resort in marassi and definitely not the last. I would like to thank the amazing team working in this resort headed by general manager Ms. Carmen and the rest of the team (Islam, Ayman, Mohammed, Abdulrahman, Ishan, Nagham,Peter, etc..) and honestly all of the rest were very amazing and supportive if we had any inquiries or requests they go beyond to fulfill them. I highly recommend visiting address beach and looking forward to my second visit in 2024.

Triumph White Sands Hotel is a 4-star property located in Marsa Matruh, facing the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!

The beauty is comparable to only Seychelles and Maldives. Hotel staff are very accommodating and make sure that your needs are always met. There is no request that is to much for them to handle. You don't get animation teams or the different restaurant options but what you do get is tranquility at its best. Breakfast featured a wide spread of savoury and sweet and sheer amount was actually overwhelming. Having travelled the rest of Egypt the food here was by far the best. Lunch and dinner can be ordered via the onsite Bleu restaurant. The private beach is the highlight of this hotel. Turquoise,warm water of the Mediterranean sea. What more could one ask for. My only regret is that I wish I could have stayed longer. A 10/10 experience.
