Excellent experience staying in this hotel at San Estaban. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, gave many good ideas about where to go. The hotel and facilities are new and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is exceptional with a personal touch. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel Villadesella is a typical Asturian country house, dating from 1819, set 1.5 km from the town of Ribadesella. It has a restaurant, and an outdoor swimming pool set in large gardens. The hotel was delightful. We had a superior room with views over Ribadesella and to the mountains (despite the rain!!). Breakfast was lovely....fresh and well presented. We wanted to eat before hotel restaurant's opening time of 8.30 in the evening so went next door for bbq ribs and salad....very good!!

The action of the staff having had to change our room due to illness. We had to move into the hotel across the road but still had access to all Don Pepe facilities. They refunded us the difference in cost no problem. Breakfast was good with a varied choice.
