The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially the receptionist from Argentina(sorry ask her name) and Raphael who helped us with a hire car rental. Overall the hotel was perfect and would definitely recommend it to friends and return to it again. Perfect location for the Cala D'Or beaches and restaurants

The most amazing thing about the Grupotel was the staff. Everyone from the hotel manager down to the ladies who cleaned our rooms did everything to make us feel welcome and make our stay enjoyable. The service was simply impeccable and we really felt at home. The facilities were excellent: the rooms spacious, with large balconies, the pool was fabulous, the buffet breakfast and dinner were very good and with tons of options. The prices of extras, including drinks and food at the daytime cafe were very affordable. Everything was great and we would gladly stay here again.
