The location was perfect and the service was exceptional. Such friendly and caring staff who were so welcoming and helpful! Our room was on the top floor. It was charming, quiet, clean and comfortable. For Biarritz, the price was very good especially given the proximity to the beach and the core. It was a 9 minute walk to the market in the morning.

The property is set just back from the golf course where my partner was playing in a competition. It was clean, the food was excellent, our room was very comfortable (great shower) and most importantly the staff were outstanding, without exception. Very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and they made you feel very much at home.

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, La Villa du Moulleau is located in Arcachon, a 3-minute walk from Moulleau Beach. Wonderfully relaxing and welcoming hotel. Quiet location but just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Some good restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and helped us feel comfortable with our basic French. Most staff speak good English - but some use of French is going to go a long way. Breakfasts are excellent, for an extra charge. Parking was available on the street in front of the hotel. We warmly recommend the Villa du Moulleau!
