The owners and cleaning personnel were extremely friendly and kind. Kitchen and food are at top quality. After 16 years living in France this was the first time I felt respected and truly welcomed as a customer. This hotel gets my sincere admiration.

Located in Vars les Claux, 150 metres from the Peynier Ski Lift, Les Carlines offers lodge style accommodation. This lodge features a restaurant, a bar and a wellness centre with a sauna an a hot tub.... Close to the ski lift. Infrared(!) sauna available with bubble bath, bookable for 45 minutes. Window had a curtain. The staff is nice, but speaks only french.

Hôtel Le Lievre Blanc is located in the typical village of Vars just a 3-minute walk from Sainte-Marie Ski Lift and a 5-minute walk from Peinier Ski Lift. Beatrice was a lovely host and we definitely also recommend to enjoy their tasty food in the evenings!

This hotel is set in the Hautes-Alpes in the village of Risoul, and features a sauna and an outdoor pool. The garden terrace offers panoramic views of the valleys and mountains. The staff is so good and help me a lot with knowing how to get around and find the bus, and even let me do late check-out so I can ski another half day. There is a shuttle bus every morning for skiing.

Situated in Vars-Sainte-Marie in the French Alps, this family-run hotel, located on the Grandes Alpes Route, is just 150 metres from the ski lifts and slopes. A home away from home that is how i felt in that hotel. The staff is super kind and helpful, the structure warm and welcoming and the food in the restaurant just excellent. They even have a free garage for bike and motorbike. That hotel is the best one in all the route des Grand Alpe

Chabrières ski lift, the ski school and the main ticket office are 150 metres from this typical, chalet-style hotel. Everything! Wonderful views, calm place, excellent food Todo! Vistas maravillosas, sitio tranquilo y comida excelente

The Chalet-Hôtel Alpage & SPA is located in the village of Sainte Marie, just 150 metres from ski slopes. It features a spa, a cosy bar with fireplace and a mezzanine lounge. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with explaining what we can do in the area (there is some amazing hiking/walking trails) . The local beer was delicious and the breakfast in the morning was great too!
