We loved absolutely everything about our stay here as a family of four. I have never experienced such good service across the board, from the shuttle drivers, the front reception, the ski shop or the restaurant staff. Absolutely everyone was warm, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was excellent - we were half board. We had 2 dinners out during the week at L’Arbina and Les Terrasses and whilst the food was good, service there no where near the same standard at Voulezvous and the restaurant Il Savoia which we simply loved. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice. The staff at the ski shop were amazing. So good with the kids and so helpful when getting ready to hit the slopes or returning back. I highly recommend a stay here.

Ottima struttura prenotata durante un tour in moto dell’alta Savoia. Hotel che offre garage dove lasciare la moto al chiuso e al coperto nella notte, d’inverno quel locale diventa una rimessa/magazzino per sci e tavole. Personale semplicemente favoloso, gentile, disponibile, drink di benvenuto, cocktail al bar offerto, Spa con sauna e jacuzzi a disposizione. Camera pulitissima con letto ultra comodo, spugne bagno nuove, bagno impeccabile. Davvero molto molto molto contento e soddisfatto! Lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri!

La struttura è collocata nel centro storico di Chambery: posizione godibilissima per passeggiare in questa cittadina della Savoia. L'hotel è arredato con cura soprattutto nelle parti comuni, ma anche le camere sono ben allestite, in uno stile alpino. La rete internet funzionava bene.

This hotel is especially worth coming to due to its very nice wellness center. We took the Spa access option with out room, that I highly recommend. The room is fine, but not exceptional, but the spa is wonderful. It has several basins with massage jets, hammam, sauna, external jacuzzi, and very few people there on week days. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The restaurant is also very nice and the personnel is competent, helpful and attentive

The rooms were big and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Toys and books in the Reception area. Ski hire and Spar shop on the same complex. Moving walkway was easy for beginners.

Wonderful location and easy parking. The hotel maintains the special character of the fishing site and has a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the weather was poor so we could not enjoy eating in the nice outdoor patio area.
