We had a perfect stay. The room was very nice: spacious and beautifully decorated. Big enough, very clean and the shower was really good. Everything worked perfectly. They do serve the best breakfast here! We have eaten the best porridge ever with really nice fruit. Very good for cyclists doing the LEJoG trial or any other trial. The coffee was also perfect and the owners are really helpful and they communicate so well.

Found in Scotland’s Cairngorms National Park, Scandinavian Village in Aviemore offers high-quality accommodation beside these rugged mountains. Quick response from the host. The place is neat, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We had everything we needed. The washers and tumble dryers at the guest laundry area is a plus. The apartment size is able to accommodate all four of us. The place is walking distance to the town center with many eateries and also a supermarket, Tesco. The apartment has two bathrooms and toilets which cuts down queuing time for our group. There are also a lot of car parking lots.

Dalrachney Lodge is a family-run country house hotel in Carrbridge, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and is approached via a tree-lined riverside driveway. This hotel is set in the most beautiful location with large gardens. We were greeted by the friendliest gentleman ever and shown to our room which was massive with a four poster bed and a huge bathroom with bath and shower.The breakfast was just perfect and to sit and enjoy it with a view the garden was all very relaxing. The hotel has to be one if not the best in Scotland with everything you could wish for. A proper hotel with the personnel touch. We will definitely return here.

Ravenscourt House, Guest House & Restaurant is a family-run 8-bedroom guest house, benefiting from free super-fast WiFi and ample parking. It was a lovely stay at the Ravenscourt House. The two hosts Nick and Chris took care of absolutely every need we had. Delicious breakfast, cozy rooms, delightful service and a good sense of humor. If you are looking for a good place to stay in the cairngorms - that is the spot. Highly recommended! We will be back :) Ali & Franziska

We had a lovely stay in this delightful hotel. Beautiful atmosphere, warm and cosy rooms. Can sit and have a drink by the fire in the bar. Comfy beds and beautiful bedding. Dinner was tasty and delicious, great breakfast.

Everything is modern and comfortable. The location is quiet, yet very close to the centre of the town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good water pressure and temperature regulation in the shower.

We arrived three hours later than anticipated due to a bad traffic accident and they kindly kept the cooks 10 minutes late so that we could have dinner. The hotel itself is lovely and stately. It’s a proper hunting manor with all kinds of stuffed beasts. The room was adorable and very comfortable. Very nice area to walk around in and easy walk to Blair Castle.
