We had a truly amazing stay there. The staff and the owner were really friendly and helpful with any and all questions we had. The breakfast was delicious delicious as well. Definitely recommend this place to all travellers.

The refurbished Ship Inn is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Galloway. Although this was a very last minute, one night only booking, and we didn't get to experience the full package right down to breakfast or dinner, the hotel 150% met our expectations. Room was spacious, clean with modern, also very clean bathroom. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely book The Ship Inn again should we find ourselves in the area.

The location was amazing - right on the seafront. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay so that even if the weather was poor we would still have the experience. Food was wonderful and the staff and locals were so friendly to us and our doggie. Lovely sitooterie outside the hotel. We will be back!
