Situated in Aberlady and with Aberlady Bay Beach reachable within 200 metres, Old Aberlady Inn features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. this was such a pleasant experience. Jill and her staff are super helpful, hard-working and friendly. the room was very tidy, clean and well decorated. the toilet and shower room was a wee bit small but the shower worked very well. Also, there were plenty of towels including big bath towels

A wonderful hotel, staff were superb from arrival to departure, rooms are fabulous with luxurious beds and toiletries, clean towels every day whether needed or not. Only 10 mins walk from the hotel to a gorgeous sandy beach, and Gullane has a charming main street. We ate in the main restaurant and the food was amazing, and we used the main bar and the outside garden area and loved the service given and choice of food and drinks in both. Will definitely be back!

Situated in Dirleton, 2.3 km from Yellowcraig Beach, The Castle Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. My stay was absolutely fantastic, from the moment I walked in the door I felt like “one of the family”! The service and friendliness was above and beyond the call of duty, even the patrons were very friendly and welcoming. It was my introduction to Scotland and I couldn’t have been more happy with it.

Set in Musselburgh, 2 km from Portobello Beach, Ravelston House offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Beautiful facility. Our room was extremely comfortable and the food exceptional! Best fish and chips ever.

Set in the heart of East Lothian's famous golf courses, Craigielaw offers rooms with views of the courtyard or the coastline with free parking on site. The Lodge is a super stop over location. It is a super mix of golf club, hotel, bar and mini restaurant. It isn't a hotel - it is much more homely and comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. We had a super wee bar supper from the bar menu, which was as advertised and reasonably priced. All in all, this location is a 'keeper' and we will be using it again to break our trips South at Edinburgh.

Located in the coastal town of North Berwick, Nether Abbey Hotel boasts elegant rooms, a restaurant, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. Really comfortable bedroom, offering sea view and well located, about 15 mins walking distance from the city center and a short walk to the the sea. Really friendly staff, they're dog friendly indeed. They do care about your pet, constantly showing good care to all of us. It's definitely a city to return and a place to recommend (highly recommended). Absolutely great breakfast and quite a good beer selection for your after-hours.

The Tweeddale Arms is situated in the charming village of Gifford, 40 minutes’ drive from Edinburgh. It is at the foot of the Lammremuir Hills and within easy reach of 17 golf courses. Clean, very well appointed and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Village was a lovely place to spend a few days.
