El Stonefield Castle fue construido en 1873 y es un ejemplo de la arquitectura señorial escocesa. The surroundings are incredible and the staff makes you feel so very welcome. The food is amazing and the whisky (scotch) selection is great.

The George Hotel está en Inveraray, a menos de 1 km de Castillo Inveraray, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. This is a well managed and comfortable hotel. Food is excellent and the staff exceptionally helpful.

El Anchor Hotel and Seabed Restaurant ofrece alojamiento de lujo y un delicioso desayuno escocés y se encuentra en la hermosa costa oeste de Escocia, en Tarbert. Muy rico el desayuno que nos sirvieron. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Dispone de un restaurante pero no llegamos a cenar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en este bonito pueblo pesquero.

Este alojamiento libre de humo está a 25 km de Museo Kilmartin House.... We liked that the building was old and had most of it's original features but was still very clean. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We were impressed by his collection of prestigious cars. Location was great as it was within driving distance of other holiday locations.

Brambles of Inveraray se encuentra en Inveraray, a menos de 1 km de Castillo Inveraray, y ofrece jardín, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis y restaurante. We loved our stay of 2 nights in the Garden suite! Simply amazing! When we arrived we had a very nice warm welcome of Victoria, one of the owners of Brambles of Inverary. The Garden suite is just lovely! Amazing comfortable beds and sofa in front of the tv. My compliments to the housekeeper who specially arranged the stuffed animals of my daughter on her bed when we came back in our room. This totally made her feel really special. Brambles had their own restaurant and coffee café accross the street. In their restaurant they serve during the day nice lunches including amazing pastries and cakes. I was personally in heaven with 1 of their specialties, the blue berry lemon curd cake with lemon frosting. It's a good thing for my health that I do not live here haha. The first night we also had dinner at the restaurant of Brambles. This was also really excellent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This restaurant is nice for any kind of group. In the morning we had breakfast at Brambles which was included. You could choose something cooked from the menu and you were able to take anything you wanted from the counter. Like croissants, cereals or juices. We had Eggs Benedict, very tasty! Brambles is located at the main street of Inverary. Within 10 minutes walk of the Inverary castle and 1 minute walk of the Inverary Jail. Both I definitely recommend to visit! In the area there are also really nice hikes you can do for example go up the mountain 250 metres high to the look out point of Dun Na Cuaiche. Trust me it's worth it! The view at Inverary and Loch Fyne is breahttaking! Next time if Inverary is on our route, we will again book our stay with Brambles!
