Fabulous pub with gorgeous accommodation! We were travelling with our pooch too and were made to feel extremely welcome. Great footpaths too for that dog walk just across the road. Lovely food and great breakfast, all rounded off with very helpful staff.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed, like electric kettle, mugs, wardrobe, mirror, hairdryer and portable heater. Our room opened to a most gorgeous patio+green area. The hosts were kind and attentive at all times. Hearty breakfast! Great energy! It honestly felt like home. Thank you and see you next year!

The staff were very friendly, approachable and went the extra mile. A lovely, quintessential English pub/restaurant. The food was excellent and served hot - as it should be if it's meant to be hot. The rooms vary, I had two due to my extended stay. Both rooms were comfortable and the beds, very comfortable. The larger room was amazing with lots of space and character. High fives for manager Lizzie / Liz (?), James the chef, Cameron, Jess, Ellie, Mia, Zack, Rosy, Izzy, Chloe , Sheryl / Cheryl (?). Good team one and all. It's dog friendly too!
