The location was beautiful - long stretch of clean, uncrowded beach only steps away from our room. It was very peaceful and scenic. There is a large lagoon and fishing village to the west and huge rock outcropping and fishing village to the east. The food was outstanding. The staff was great.

Offering free private parking onsite, Green Zion Garden offers pet-friendly accommodation in Butre. The bed and breakfast has lawns and hammocks for guests situated in the garden. Green Zion Garden is a wonderful place. It's a 5 minute walk from the small fishing village of Butre, reachable via a wooden bridge. We found that the location strikes the perfect balance: It feels secluded without being totally isolated. The beach is simply gorgeous, so is the garden. The owner, Ellis, is the true star though. He built a little shack right above the beach front where he serves home-cooked food and drinks (we loved just to hang out there all day) You can feel the personal energy he puts into his work and that's what really sets this place apart from many other, more "resorty" accomodation along the coast.

Busua Inn offers pet-friendly accommodation in Busua beach. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Danielle and Sebo are an amazing couple who made my stay beautiful. From long conversations about the history and people of Busua to the different and interesting happenings in the area, my mornings and evenings were filled with enlightening conversations. The beach is beautiful. The waters are calm and clean, there are two surf schools and an island not too far from shore to explore. The food was 200%!!! Every meal was homemade and delicious. Your meals could also be made to order if you like. I was also introduced to a garlic pepper sauce which I will hunt down in Accra stores. The staff were attentive, hardworking and helpful. I also appreciated Mr Thomas, the driver who picked me up from the airport and dropped me off as well. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. Overall, I'm planning a longer trip and I will explore more of Busua, Dixcove and Cape Three Points.

I suggest speaking to the chef to discuss the dishes - the chef can then advise the best dishes based on the supplies at the market.

My wife and I travelled around Ghana from Spain 🇪🇸 and I must say RHOGEM was one of the best hotels we stayed per the price. Many thanks to FRANCIS OWUSU HANSEN the exceptional hotel manager who made us feel at home and exhibited great customer care. We booked a night but ended up staying for 3 nights. Breakfast was great and location is very quiet. Room service was fantastic. Many thanks to Hansen and his team. We will be back.
