Beautiful rooms, clean and tidy, all fits together perfectly, great stay, super nice staff, warm welcome and super friendly goodbye. The receptionist was wonderful and showed us best things to do in the area not just because it’s pet of her job but with her heart. We got a farewell present and a bottle of red wine in the room. Nespresso capsules and water refilled everyday. Overextended our expectations. Thank you for creating such a lovely place and lovely experience.

The staff and service provided at the samaria hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean and breakfast was delicious.     What a fantastic hotel. Location was close to everything. Room was large, comfortable, clean, and modern. Complimentry bowl of fresh fruit, raki, and bag of peanuts. Also free toiletres. Biggest advantage undoubtably are the efficient, polite, friendly, and always smiling staff. Very good breakfast also, with a large selection of choices, including fried eggs, bacon, sausages, and even mushrooms. This should be a 4 star hotel, not 3 stars. Will definitely stY here again

    Hotel Arkadi has undergone a massive makeover since the last time I visited it and it is truly another venue. It is placed strategically just across the old part of the town, numerous shops, bus stops, etc., which makes it a great starting point for everything. All personnel pleasant and available to assist while breakfast is just great including some home made delicacies. Having in mind its price for what it offers, it should be one of the first choices for the picturesque town of Chania.

    Excellent services, very helpful staff, good size room with kitchenette and balcony, family oriented hotel with good size children's pool, very good pool bar operated by Athena who was super helpful and smiley!! Food served was very good and the hotel is only one minute walk to a beautiful beach!!!! Great value for money!!

    The hotel company shifted us to another nearby property of their-Kiani Beach resort. They had informed us about the same much in advance. We were also given an upgradation to inclusive plus and sea view room in the same price. Everything was awesome-food and drinks, room, cleanliness, amenities, engagement of kids and the list goes on.

    Amazing atmosphere, rooms are very spacious, restaurants serve great food, would definitely come back. Pilates and Yoga sessions were great and the staff overall is super nice. We lost a flight and they were very kind to allow us to postpone our booking in one day.

    From check-in to check-out, our experience at the Avra Imperial Hotel was absolutely amazing. We stayed here for only three nights, but we enjoyed every moment. Our initial booking was a Deluxe room with a shared pool, but during check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Deluxe suite with a private pool. Our room was excellent, featuring two bathrooms, an amazing private pool, a coffee maker, a fully stocked mini bar, and a comfortable bed. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast and lunch. The variety of meals offered was impressive, ranging from different kinds of seafood and meat to fresh fruits, salads, and a wide selection of desserts. We believe everyone will find something to suit their taste here. The hotel also boasts three different restaurants, and one night we decided to dine at the Mediterranean restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the dinner was delicious. We also enjoyed spending time in the common swimming pool area, which was not only beautiful but also well-maintained. The overall service quality at the hotel was excellent. All the employees were service-oriented, polite, and always willing to provide recommendations and cater to our interests as guests. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Avra Imperial Hotel again in the near future.

    The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My family and friends purchased the all inclusive option for the resort. The rooms were comfortable and family friendly. Activities were planned throughout the day and the activities director was always available for fun! Lots of places to see close to the location. Highly recommend

    I liked everything about this hotel and in my mind it deserves more stars than just 2. The location is perfect for a lazy day at the beach or exploring one of the famous beaches nearby. The family who runs it is very welcoming and make sure that guests feel comfortable. I was given a room on third floor which was very bright and airy and had fantastic views of the sea. Breakfast is very good too.

    The breakfast was Served as a buffet, it was always fresh and hot. The staff where all attentive and friendly. Everywhere on the resort is cleaned to a high standard. Our room was a great size it was cleaned and restocked every day. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
