Built in 1913 with respect to traditional architecture, Marelia hotel, in Polygyros Town of Chalkidiki, features a cafe-snack bar. This was a lovely hotel, right in the centre of Poligiros. Beautiful clean room, high quality linen on the bed! We had breakfasts, coffees, drinks and dinners at the hotel, everything we had was amazing and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was also easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again on our next visit!

Ubytovanie Klities Guest House sa nachádza v destinácii Poligiros v regióne Central Macedonia 37 km od miesta Antropologické múzeum a jaskyňa Petralona. I booked it last-minute and I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was massive and FULL of amenities (face mask, loofah, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, and more). The staff were beyond lovely and helpful - going the extra mile for even just one night’s stay! It’s a shame this was just a stop off for me, I’d have loved to spend more time here.

The 1892 stone-built Chorostasi Mansion is located in Arnaia, right next to Agios Stafanos Church. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Everything was extra clean. Great space, great atmosphere. The location was excellent in the heart of the village.

This restored 19th-century mansion offers individually decorated rooms overlooking Arnaia and the valley of Mount Drevenikos. All rooms are decorated with bright colours and dark wood furnishings. Run by Nicky and her son Nikos. Nicky only spoke Greek. She served breakfast, eggs, yoghurt, spanakopitas, breads & sweet pastries. All delicious! The property is very well maintained, with many interesting furnishings. It is less than a minute’s walk from the main square where there are 4 or more restaurants.

Right on a hill top, surrounded be oak and pine trees and offering great views, Agramada Hotel is found between Palaiochori villages and M. Panagia, on the southeast of Chalkidiki. A cosy little studio, ideal for a short stay of a couple on a motorcycle ;) We greatly applaud the nature-caring touch of the place (no single use soaps and coffee - permanent fillers and two small jars with instant coffee and sugar instead - a simple and genuinely sustainable practice indeed!). Super amicable and friendly staff (tons of gratitude to Vicky who gave us great advice for beaches near Pyrgadiki village). Evening coolness in August nights is a real advantage as compared to next-to-the-shore properties (mind we are a motorbike couple who considers daily rides to the beach as “pros”, not as “cons”) All windows of the studio have reliable good quality mosquito nets - soo important for a woody area like Agramada’s (not just the room but the bathroom too). The tap water is good to drink - last in the list but not least indeed!

It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!! P.S. The hostess is very kind and willing to make your stay even more pleasant!
