This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service.... Lovely place, well thought out facilities, beautiful layout. The hotel is a short walk to Plakias downtown area and has a tranquil setting. The pool next to the balcony of the room was great and was allowing for a calm afternoon swim with our arrival. The bed was beyond comfortable (we even checked the pillow label to order the same ones for home). There is the option to pre-order breakfast in your room with many options. The highlight was the communication skills of the hostess. Anna was very helpful and kind, giving useful tips for the area (thank you for the beach recommendation, Anna!) and was very keen to ensure that we had a comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu. Parasta mitä koskaan koettu. Saimme tietää parhaat ravintolat ja nähtävyydet lähellä, jotka oli hienosti kirjattu paperille hotellin henkilökunnan toimesta. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin osittain pöytiin. Hyvä sijainti lähellä Rethymnonin keskustaa. Auton parkkeeraus onnistui hyvin joka päivä hotellin eteen. This was our second stay at Kalypso and we find everything great value for money. As we're do not spend alot of time at the resort other than sleeping and breakfast it is perfect for needs. The rooms are large with fantastic sea views and breakfast had a nice variety. I find the ladies on reception to be lovely and willing to help with any requests.

Meitä kohdeltiin kuin olisimme kuninkaallisia. Kaikki järjestettiin toiveiden mukaan. Viesteihin vastattiin nopeasti. Huikea palatsi, ylellinen resort, kuin pieni kylä, täydellinen perheille, upea vesipuistokin kuului hintaan, all inclusive helppoa lomailua. Haluan takaisin jo nyt!

Aivan ihana ja kaunis hotelli! Aamiainen aivan huippuhyvä, löytyy erikoisemmatkin jutut, mm. maitoja useita erilaisia. Lounas ja päivällinen myös hyvät ja snacksit aivan mainioita (tortillaa, toasteja, hedelmäsalaattia, jogurttia jne). Huone kaunis ja allasalueet kivoja (pieni ja iso). Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Meillä oli vuokra-auto käytössä ja ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja löytyy hotellin viereltä. Helppo kulkea autolla joka paikkaan, kävimme mm. upealla Kournas-järvellä. Kuntosali ok (pääsee 2 kerrallaan, pitää varata aika), joogat tosi kivoja! Iltaisin myös ulkoilmaelokuvia ja live-esiintyjiä.

We loved everything about the resort/suite especially the intimate vibe. The place wasnt overly crowded and the ambiance was very lux and high tech from the moment we walked in. The Dyo suites team was also incredibly hospitable and very accommodating. I was able to communicate with them through booking.com and they would respond ASAP. At one point I was out on stand by for a flight and I notified dyo that my friends would have to check in on my behalf. Then the flight was delayed so I once again had to contact dyo to inform them that arrival would be past midnight. Not once did they hesitate to respond with assurance that everything would be okay and that their pm shift team will be updated so they could best welcome us upon arrival. Additionally they treated a friend of ours who decided last minute to join with respect and patience which we all truly appreciated. My friend had to move between suites a few times since she didn’t book anything ahead of time so I was able to visit a couple of the different suites. They were all so beautiful!!!
