Breakfast was cooked to order, and included offerings such as Eggs Benedict, Eggs with Skyrian cheese, Greek yogurt with honey, traditional breads, juices and coffees. Supper was equally impressive, with our choice of lamb on mousseline potatoes being perfectly cooked.
