Surrounded by lush greenery, Perdika Hotel offers rooms with balcony and free Wi-Fi access within walking distance of Karavostasi beach. It has a pool with poolside bar, and a restaurant. Everything was perfect and we really couldn't ask more for our outstanding holiday! We feel like good friends with the owner family and very glad to come back every year whenever it's possible. This hotel is a wonderful mix of typical greek hospitality and good confort for sea-loving guests. The Epirus region is fantastic with marvelous secret crystal-clean beaches and nice cities with a pretty good night life, but quite and not so busy. The smiling and efficient staff members of the hotel are happy to take care of you in case of need. The pool is very very nice. But I would also recommend the "to Perivoli" taverna that serves a great variety of excellent local traditional dishes, always fresh and tasty. It really lacks nothing for a perfect greek holiday stay!

The location is great, a quite and relaxing zone. The room was beautiful decorated and good equipated. The pool area is also very clean. The breakfast is various, delicious, some of the products are homemade and also everyday part of the food is mixed and changed.

Set in Sivota, 600 metres from Mega Ammos Beach, MEGA AMMOS HOTEL offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Everything was great. Our overall stay was excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable, newly furnished, tastefully decorated in modern and traditional decor. The terrace was also great with goor outdoor furniture. The housekeeper did a great job, it was very clean, and this comes from a picky person. The breakfast was also good with a good choice and quality of food. There is also a nice coffee machine in the brealfast area which is free to use to make the type of coffee/tea you like. The whole hotel/ garden area is extremely nice, full with olive trees, flowers, and all other kinds of plants. The Mega Ammos beach is just 3 min walk from the hotel, down a very nicely paved and shaded path which goes among trees and bushed. The path is also lit at night. The beach is pebly (as all beaches in the area are, more or less), but the water is great and crystal clear. There are several beach bars on this beach, some charge 5-8 eur for a set of 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella, but Ammos Center and Oliva by the sea do not charge for the set if you order some drinks. Oliva by the sea is on the far end where the beach is least peply, in our opinion it is the best. Aside from the beach bar there is also a great restaurant (great food, service and view on the sea) which we highly recommend.

The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for drinking and eating, the cooking was delicious, and the staff was ready to serve anything we asked for. There was nothing there I did not like, everything was excellent from the owner Mihalis, and the staff and their service and their behavior, very polite and ready to help us with any request we had. I would gladly go back to Olivista hotel to spend my vacations there.
