Cute little bungalow in the jungle just on the river. It’s simple, but they have everything you need. in the restaurant there is a pretty good local fish. The staff is super!

El Hotelito Perdido on väike džunglipiir, mis asub keset Rio Dulce rahvusparki. Hotelito Perdido provides a great atmospheric stay at a riverside jungle lodge. The facilities combine rusticity with comfort. The vegetarian food is tasty and plentiful, and the communal dinners are lovely. There are plenty of excursions available and kayaks on hand at reasonable prices for independent exploration. Highly recommend!

Aia ja ühise puhkeruumiga viietärnihotell Posada Stella Maris asub Puerto Barrioses. Kohapeal on ka concierge ja laste mänguväljak. Mõnel majutusruumil on merevaatega rõdu. There is big enough and clean room with nice moutain views balcony. Also there is shared kitchen can be used. Very warm and helpful host. It is located Santo Tomas de castile, easy to take a taxi ( 30 GTQ ) or chicken bus( 3GTQ) from puerto Barrios center. Recommend to take couple days to chill out. There is walkable to beach and waterfall. The accommodation fee all goes to charity.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkla, terrassi ja restoraniga Reserva Natural Cañón Seacacar asub Izabalis, 45 km kaugusel Castillo de San Felipe de Larast. Tubadel on terrass, kust avaneb vaade jõele. Perfect place hidden in a small village. It’s the only accommodation in the village and has been build to help the local community. The first language in the village is Q’eqchi, the children are now learning Spanish in school from about age 5. The staff of the hotel is from the village and for them it is a place to learn and work in tourism. They are all very friendly and helpful. If you want to have a great Guatemalan experience in one of the most beautiful places of Guatemala, where the crowds don’t go (yet), this is where you want to go! I reached the hotel by a two hour trail that is insanely beautiful, constructed by the people of the village, easy to follow and a good climb to two wooden miradors with lake and jungle views. Always with the sound of absolutely fantastic river ‘sauce’ on the background. The next day I went down on a tube and they carried my bag down. The tubing in the river is what will drop your yaws!! Absolutely beautiful, a cañón with high Walls on both sides. Everything is well organized and clean. It absolutely worth a visit! I’m writing this review because I could not believe that I was the only tourist there (on a Saturday)! You will not regret your visit and you will probably (hopefully) write a similar review to help this village and the people creating a better future for there town. There are several projects ongoing, including deforestation! Go and enjoy jungle, river and peace while enjoying great food and comfortable accommodation(affordable too!)

Aia, terrassi, restorani ja baariga Livingston Resort Hotel asub Lívingstonis. Tasuta WiFi-ühendusega hotell asub North Livingstoni rannast mõne sammu kaugusel ning Capitania rannast 1,4 km kaugusel. The pool was amazing and has heating, allowing you to enjoy it even late at night. The food was amazing, I tried all of the pasta places in town and none came close to match theirs.

Loved the beautiful location. Stuart and Abby were both amazing with advice about activities and logistics. So awesome. I also thought the staff at the restaurant, especially Jose Luis and Fernando who are connected to AK Tenemet, were terrific. Great food too!

Lovely place to stay in Livingstone. Super gorgeous decor, inside the rooms and also outside. They have a restaurant also where you can reserve your dinner or have a delicious breakfast

It was centrally located near harbor restaurants. We felt safe there. They had English speaking staff at the front desk and they arranged an English speaking taxi for us that arrived promptly at 6:00 a.m. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water. The building felt very safe.

Nanajuana Río Dulce asub Río Dulces. Kohapeal on restoran, välibassein, spordikeskus ja baar. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum, aed ja grillimisvahendid. Very nice hotel! Across the bridge from Rio Dulce itsself, but everything is a short tuktuk ride or boatride away. Perfect location and pool. Very nice cabins! Best we had in the whole of Guatemala.

Finca Tatin Hotel asub keset džunglit, 3 km kaugusel Livingstoni kesklinnast. Kohapeal on suur aed, möbleeritud terrass ja võrkkiikede ala. Amazing Location! The staff is exceptionally friendly, competent and always helpful when it comes to organzing your activities. The owners are easy going and a lot of fun to talk to. Food is great, too!
