Two things were exceptional. The peaceful location and Tommy and staff’s hospitality. it’s as if they could anticipate every need before we realized it. Tireless work making sure that each guest is as comfortable as possible. and they were so kind to our young son as well as us. I’ll look back to this stay as one of our biggest highlights of our vacation.

Antemurale - Luxury rooms, Plitvice Lakes er staðsett í Rastovača, 700 metra frá Plitvice Lakes-þjóðgarðinum - Inngangi 1 og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlega... The place was great, location to the Plitvice nationalpark was very convinient. Short walking distance to the entrance 1, probably about 700m and if you go through the Parks parkinglot you don't have to walk on any bigger dangerous roads. The staff was super friendly, helpful, so nice and fun. Their english is good and I believe they speak pretty good german too. The place has it's own restaurant that serves good food so you don't have to worry about food when you come back from the park. Best to come by car so you can explore the Barac caves, cavemuseum and/or the Deer Valley. But it is easy to come by bus, as there is a bus stop right in front of the Parks entrance 1. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to go to Plitvice nationalpark.

Plitvice Village er staðsett í Korenica, 23 km frá Jezerce - Mukinje-rútustöðinni og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug sem er opin hluta af árinu, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og sameiginlega... The property was beautiful, I wish I could’ve stayed for a few days. The grounds were well-maintained, they had a beautiful pool and a playground. We were not able to use because we were on a tight schedule, I’d love to come back and spend a few more days there. The restaurant on site was very good as well. We had appetizers and wine when we came in late and breakfast in the morning.

House Pox er staðsett í Plitvička Jezera, í innan við 1,9 km fjarlægð frá Jezerce - Mukinje-rútustöðinni og 3,5 km frá Plitvička Lakes-þjóðgarðinum - inngangi 2. We stayed there for 1 night, the host was very kind and helpful, she made me coffee and in the morning she made breakfast for us (she asked when we arrived if we wanted), it was good, the room and the bathroom were clean, we could park our car in front of the house.

Apartments Poljanak Green House er staðsett í Plitvička Jezera, 5,9 km frá Plitvice Lakes-þjóðgarðinum - Inngangur 1, og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, veitingastað og... Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great hosts, and beautiful location! Great advice on local attractions! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Lakeside Hotel Plitvice er staðsett í Plitvička Jezera, 10 km frá Plitvice Lakes-þjóðgarðinum - Inngangi 1, og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. Everyone here was friendly, from the reception staff and waiters, to the dogs, goats, ponies and rabbits on the hotel farm! The cabin we were provided was exceptional, very clean, cosy and had all the amenities we could hope for. the private back patio with jacuzzi was very enjoyable and the champagne waiting for us was a nice touch. The food at breakfast and for dinner in the restaurant was very good and the service was always excellent and naturally friendly. The location for the National Park, which was the reason for our visit, was 10/10. The accommodation is almost within the park itself and a 3 min walk to one of the entrances. The drive to get there isn’t exactly straightforward and could be daunting, especially if you hadn’t driven on the right hand side of the road before like us, but it was 100% worth it!

Hotel Stara Lika er staðsett í Gospić, 61 km frá Plitvička Jezera. Gestir geta snætt á veitingahúsinu á staðnum. Herbergin eru með flatskjá með gervihnattarásum. Very nice people, clean and comfortable rooms as well as a good breakfast

Hotel Gacka er staðsett í þorpinu Ličko Lešće, 10 km frá Otočac og næsta aðgangi að A1-hraðbrautinni. The food at the restaurant was excellent!

Hotel Zvonimir er staðsett í miðbæ bæjarins Otočac og býður upp á 2 veitingastaði og gjafavöruverslun á staðnum. Overall a great hotel to stay at and they have pretty good food in their restaurant too.
