Your receptionist - a young man - was professional, cheerful, and helpful. He deserves a raise! Also the man who worked the breakfast room was cheerful and helpful. I like to be greeted by the morning staff of a hotel with a smile in the morning. He greeted me with a big smile. So then, kudos to receptionist for starting my day off right! The man deserves a nice raise too!

Offering a hot tub and sauna, Outlet Hotel Polgár is situated in Polgár in the Hajdu-Bihar Region, 36 km from Miskolctapolca. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Service was outstanding. Front desk was soooo helpful. Very comfy bed. Super clean facility. Only weak part of our 2 days was breakfast. The food was good but not enough was available for all the guests. Otherwise great place to rest up. Made the trip for this group of Canadians very pleasant.
