Situated 25 km from Watu Dodol, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers 4-star accommodation in Banyuwangi and has a garden, a terrace and a bar. Absolutely loved it. Brand new hotel with great amenities and facilities. We stayed in the family room with 2 large beds. Very spacious, well lit and had everything we needed. Room and bathroom was clean and aircon was functioning well. We used the pool area.. well maintained pool. Gym has a few treadmills and weights. It also has a couple of cycling/climbing equipment and a large area for yoga/pilates. It was well maintained. We also went up to the 16th floor to get the view from the rooftop bar. It’s spectacular.. if you decide to stay here, you should definitely do that too. This facility also has a massive parking space, we parked our car here. Check-in process was very smooth and staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again. High speed internet (for ID standards) - best one ever for us.

Clean, brand new rooms, most comfortable bed, large balcony overlooking a bamboo forest with the sounds of a rushing stream below. And even better, I cannot say enough good things about the owner!! Made us dinner even though the kitchen was closed after arriving late in the night, arranged an amazing and well priced Ljen tour for us, lent me Indonesian dollars when I had none left AND even drove me to the airport in his personal car when I was so late I would have missed my flight! He makes you feel like you’re at home. Stay here you won’t regret it!!

Breakfast was good. The place relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend this place for a trip to Ijen.
