The best place you could stay at Bunaken. We have seen a lot of places in Indonesia and around Bunaken but nothing compares to the village. The food is awesome and they are very considerate about dietary demands. The staff was so genuinely nice and made you really feel at home. Everything is very well organized (tours, transfers, etc.). This is really the island life you want. At the house reef we saw a dozen turtles and other beautiful things. After that you could relax with a nice free snack and some good tea in the pool. The free kayaks are a plus too. If you are thinking about a stay in or around Bunaken this is really the place you should be, believe us. Ps non-divers can have a great time too.

EL Homestay Bunaken menyediakan akomodasi dengan akses ke taman dengan teras yang berlokasi di Bunaken. The best and kindest homestay i have ever been! This homestay is unique in many forms: the owner Steven contacted me a few days before my arrival to answer all my questions, which was a solo female traveller very helpful. He organised me a taxi and boat from Manado to come to Bunaken and back. Through this i could catch directly my flight. Steven and Misi were always helping me with any situation coming up and I had the feeling I could always ask them anything (i had a difficult situation in the middle). The prices were always transparent and fair. They also helped me to find a very good diving school and helped me planning my snorkeling trips (they have a lot of contacts). Both are very kind, warm and open. They even invited me to celebrate New Years Eve with them and their friends. On my last night we had a small farewell party to which Steven invited some friends over to play music! The room is very clean and comfortable. In the whole house I always had perfect and fast Wifi (didn't expect it on an Island:)). The room had a fan and as an add-on AC. The food is cooked fresh, delicious and a lot. Dietary requests are taken serious (as for me i dont like fish and love Tempeh :)). I also rented a Scooter from them which had a very high quality! I am super happy and grateful I stayed at El Homestay and I am already planning to come back:). I honestly fell in love with this family. If you want to have homestay which feels like home and get to know the village of Bunaken and the culture you should definetely stay at El Homestay!

The lodge is located very close to the beach where the boat drops you off. The rooms are very comfy and have AC. Be prepared for a bucket shower! Dion is very friendly and helpful, the diving is very good value and the crew are kind and very good at their jobs. The best part for us was the food!! All three meals are included and the home cooking is really incredible and delicious, they should.open a restaurant! We miss it already Overall we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Menghadap tepi laut di Bunaken, Sunset Guest House & Bar mempunyai bar dan area pantai pribadi. Comfortable bedroom with shared bathroom. There is a fan in the room which provided us with enough comfort to sleep without being too hot. The hosts Yoke and Helmi are a lovely couple who arranged snorkeling trips for us and gave great advice about where to visit on the island. Helmi also sourced us a GoPro for a snorkeling trip. The dining area is set up so guests eat together which was a great way for us to socialise. The food was incredible and possibly the best we have eaten in 5 months of traveling. Every lunch and dinner was different and garnished with fresh vegetables and herbs. The portion sizes were huge which was nice after days out exploring the local reefs. The guesthouse is located overlooking the beach in the main village. Great for watching the sunset and hearing the sea at night. Overall this has been our favourite guesthouse so far in Asia!

Novita and her family are the nicest people ever. you really get the feeling of being with the local people of Bunaken Island. All 3 courses are absolutely lovely too!

Terletak di Manado, 16 km dari Pelabuhan Manado, Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort and Spa memiliki kolam renang luar ruangan dan pusat spa. Anda dapat menikmati minuman di bar resor. An amazing stay, this is heaven on earth in Bunaken! The resort staff was superbly accommodating, making sure everything was done superbly and all our wishes were taken care of. Everyone is superbly kind, the resort is gorgeous, the diving is one of the best I have experienced... I am not doing this review justice in this short summary, because it really was so amazingly unreal. Don't think twice, just book and enjoy!

Siladen Resort & Spa adalah resor tepi pantai yang ramah lingkungan dengan kolam renang outdoor, area pantai pribadi, dan restoran yang menghadap laut. This resort has my 5 star + rating at absolutely every aspect: housing, beds, aircon, garden, beach, dive shop and equipment, spa***, restaurant and food***, diving and snorkelling boats and service***, bar... Service personnel are abundant are all very friendly and helpful. The resort brings and train local people to a very professional level, all speak clear English! Any request is addressed with the lightning speed but at the same time service it is NOT at all overbearing. The chef can satisfy demanding customers from the megapolis and it is surprising to find this quality in such remote location, should I mention great produce supply. Dive boats are very comfortable, and capable of coming so close to the shore that you can step directly from the sand to the boat. Diving and snorkelling personnel taking care of you as parents care about the newborn baby. !!!!A hot aromatherapy towel after every dive!!! hot and cold drinks snacks fruits on the boat, dry shelves for your phones and cameras, individual baskets for equipment. Dive personnel take 100% care of your equipment! !!!After diving they wash and dry your equipment wetsuits etc.!!!! I have seen great resorts, liveaboards which are special at sum aspects but never seen service that is impacable at everything!!!! Location is great: only an hour from the airport!!! but such short distance make the weather conditions on the island much better then in Manado - we were at the off season time, Manado had thunderstorms all the time but at Siladen it was great. I was with two kids and felt completely safe in open water, my son got several introdives safely (walldiving!). There are so many turtles!!!!!!!!

Happy Gecko Dive Resort terletak di Pulau Bunaken di Sulawesi Utara, hanya beberapa langkah dari pantai dan tempat menyelam yang terkenal di pulau ini. Snorkeling on the dive boat was excellent. Felt I was being looked out for. Two different locations each morning. Great dive crew. Bed in the cabin was comfortable.

It so amazing. We stayed 8 nights. Right on the ocean, with a little beach, no mangrove trees to obstruct view or access to beautiful coral reef, great for snorkeling. Other places in the island don’t have this. I spotted snowflake eels, 8 types of clownfish, 3 types of anemones, coral colonies the size of cars, and so many pyramid butterflyfish and niger triggerfish just in the first thirty minutes. It’s amazing. All of the rooms have wonderful views. It was so so so relaxing to be there. I have never had such a good experience. The food was amazing and local. We did vegetarian and it was so tasty. They also had fresh fruit around at all times. We went with the divers on their charted boat and snorkeled for around 12$ a person for two separate spots a day. Super affordable. The boat team of three men were so professional, knowledgeable, and yet super funny and kind. I felt like we’re all friends by the end. There is a public boat from manado, which we took on our way out, and we booked a private boat on our way in through Raja Laut. Both were great. Brahm the manager was so kind and attentive. We did laundry there and it was done well. Jessie and her staff in the kitchen were so kind. Always enough food, served family style so we could get to know the other guests. It was so nice, but also acceptable to talk to your own party if you wanted to.

Cha Cha Nature Resort di Pulau Bunaken yang damai dengan daerah pantai pribadi menawarkan cottage dan villa dengan pemandangan laut dan pegunungan yang luas. The location is magnificent and the staff is wonderful. The foods was also excellent. Diving and snorkeling were great.
