Nestled against the banks of the River Barrow and surrounded by luscious green grounds, the 4-star Woodford Dolmen Hotel Carlow is located just outside Carlow. The food was nice and the staff were lovely . The beds were comfy and rooms were spotless

With elegant décor, the rooms at the Talbot Hotel Carlow have en-suite bathrooms with deluxe toiletries and fluffy towels. Rooms also feature TVs, free Wi-Fi and a 24 hour room service menu. The room was really comfortable, quiet and super clean! The food at dinner was fantastic! Don't normally eat pizza being a girlie, but this was the best I have ever eaten, even more so than when I used to have work trips to Italy as Cabin Crew with BA on a regular basis, and pizza was a regular evening meal for us airline crew. This hotel was right up there with the good hotels I used to have night stops in when working! My hubby was blown away with his food too so we were well pleased!

In the centre of Carlow town, Dinn Ri Hotel features boutique rooms, an on-site nightclub and live band venue, and an outdoor terraced bar. The stylish sports bar includes three 48-inch plasma TVs. Location was great, room was excellent with lovely products. it was very clean. The staff were lovely.

Their attitude was not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and respectfulness displayed by the entire team. The venue was immaculately clean, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Every member of the staff treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy throughout the evening, adding to the overall enjoyment of the celebration. I cannot thank the team at Lord Bagenal Inn enough for their outstanding service and hospitality. It truly made my birthday celebration a memorable and enjoyable occasion. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for top-notch service, a friendly atmosphere, and an overall fantastic experience.

An ideal base from which to explore the beautiful surroundings of Carlow, Seven Oaks is a welcoming hotel, ideally located just 3 minutes walk away from Carlow town centre. Seven Oaks Hotel offers... My Husband and daughter stayed for one night and said it was lovely, Great selection for eating and very comfortable. Great Location very close to the town. No need to drive in as well within walking distance.

Perfect hosts & very friendly. Fascinating & obviously very well travelled people Janie & Mim ! Hopefully, l'll be BACK if in the area again.
