Situated in Bray, 90 metres from Bray Beach, The Strand Hotel former Home of Oscar Wilde & Caffe Vergnano 1882 features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a bar. Bray is amazing place to have a good rest. This hotel looks quite unique for this local area. Blue walls and blue chair, nice to have little sea view from window as well. We liked this place. This 400-year old hotel is nestled in the beautiful Vale of Avoca, overlooking Woodenbridge Golf Club. Its modern rooms have free Wi-Fi, while its AA Rosette restaurant serves full Irish breakfasts. This is a well looked after and loved hotel. The staff are lovely and cheery, they seem to enjoy their work. My room was large with a balcony. WiFi worked perfectly and there was a good table to do some work on my laptop. The restaurant was busy with a limited but good menu and a lovely background hum to it. Breakfast was both cooked and continental cuisine.

Firefly features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Bray. Modern hotel, cozy & clean. Easy to get from to pretty much everywhere as it’s located right at the bus stop. The room was equipped with a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, smart TV. Loved staying here!
