One thing I appreciate more is when the staff in the lobby called me and asked if everything was okay and if we are enjoying and indeed we did enjoyed staying in the hotel. We liked also the mineral water swimming pool at the -2 floor. We Had fun! Thank you so much!

It is conveniently located at the entrance to the town, just above the train station. The decor is very special and unique. The hotel is very clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, include a nicely equipped kitchen, with complementary tea and coffee. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. Each floor is decorated differently and tastefully. The pool looks nice too though sadly wasn’t usable when I visited.

We came at October the 7th and stayed two nights longer than we have planned because the staff and the owner made us feel very safe. They told us where to go safely, they even invited us for breakfast. The pool area was very relaxing. We wish you all the best, we hope there will be peace very soon and people can enjoy the hotel and its surroundings again.

Clean and comfortable rooms with exceptionally good location within the complex, including a very private environment and a great view of the Kineret in the distance..... that was extremely helpful and positively contributed to our experience. Easy access to parking, warm and helpful staff, nice breakfast. We did not avail ourselves of the horse-riding services.

I am Mr. Jalal Masa’deh from Jordan. I visited Tiberias and booked a hotel, as it was one of the most beautiful areas that I visited. I visited many countries, but I felt happy with the good reception in Tiberias and the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel services were more than wonderful and everything was wonderful. One of our favorite hotels! It's like a homestead in a coniferous forest on top of a hill. We love coming here in winter when the fireplace is lit in the lobby and you sit in a comfortable chair and look at the fire with a cup of tea or coffee. Large comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options, a quality fitness room and an excellent spa. Cleanliness, comfort and excellent service.

The cabins and location are beautiful. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub in the room was very nice. It was cold in the area and the heater worked very well.

The food is excellent, very tasty and served individually and beautifully to each table. This is not a buffet style hotel but more of a restaurant with excellent service and food! The location is right by the beautiful beach of Moshav Shavey Zion, a quiet and beautiful beach. The hotel offers a serene vibe, from the hammocks spread out in the garden, the greenery surrounding the buildings and paths and the spa complex with a heated pool.
