This might surprise and perhaps disconcert folks who expect or require a more conventional accommodation model, but we found it all to be delightful, intriguing and romantic.

We started by going to Mandarin for breakfast the first day, which was so good we went back there again the second day! There is no doubt that the next time we visit Haifa, we will try to stay again at the Carmel Pearl.
