They looked into all aspects; from preparing delicious and freshly cooked meals to setting up an extra mattress (family with 2 young kids) without us asking for it, so we could sleep better, it was very much appreciated. From front office, kitchen crew to housekeeping, we were well taken care off during our stay there. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and quiet, very good location. Highly recommended.

Tofu è molto simpatico e disponibile. Ci ha offerto un bellissimo safari tour nel deserto non turistico dove abbiamo potuto visitare anche piccoli villaggi molto particolari. Esperienza molto bella. A partire da Rahim e Rashim i proprietari che sono eccezionali, ci hanno pagato il transfer da e per la struttura, ci hanno accompagnato al forte e a prendere i biglietti per la prossima destinazione. Rahim cucina magnificamente soprattutto la pasta! Abbiamo fatto con loro il tour del deserto ed è stato tutto fantastico organizzato alla perfezione. Il dorm era comodo, acqua calda, coperte calde, asciugamani e saponi. Raccomandato al 1000%

La Secret House - Adults Only di Jaisalmer offre sistemazioni per soli adulti, un ristorante e biciclette gratuite. The team at the The Secret House were definitely the friendliest group we encountered across our Rajasthan trip, and they make the Secret House feel a bit special as a result. To be fair the building is not surrounded by the most attractive neighbours, like the bus park, but there's generally something interesting going on outside and of course the view of the walled town is stunning 24 hours a day. Naru Owner was a fantastic host, and we very much enjoyed Aju company on the rooftop restaurant. We learnt a lot about life in Jaisalmer from talking to them, and the hotel is a beautiful oasis. Meals on the rooftop restaurant, and Aju good food advice all made the stay very enjoyable. Quality place to stay at a very reasonable price. Best Location near city center everything is walking distance and its very quiet in night no noisy. they Desert safari too

Featuring interiors like a typically Jaisalmer sand stone haveli, Hotel Pol Haveli Jaisalmer is located just 300 metres from the Jaisalmer Fort. Free WiFi access is available. One of the best stays of my life, and I have traveled over 60 countries! The excellent location of the hotel, great room, great restaurant, roof-top terrace with great views to relax, clean, OK wi-fi etc. But the highlight of my stay was a superbly friendly staff! Manager Surya and his colleagues were simply awesome and so nice company for a lone traveler like me, a lot of interesting and also funny discussions... I dare to say we became friends. They took me with them to two Indian wedding celebrations, by jeep and a motorbike, helped me to choose a nice Indian dress... an experience, I will never forget and no tourist agency can provide. Non-tourist safari with camels and sleeping under the stars (with many friendly dogs around) was also an unforgettable experience. If you haven't planned to visit Jaisalmer (which I also adored since it is so unspoiled and friendly traditional Rajasthani town), you should visit it for the Pol Haveli Hotel and its friendly people alone... I extended my stay for 3 nights. I will miss you, my friends from Pol Haveli, and a friendly camel guide!
