We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

It is next to a palace with the same name and situated in a historic building. We enjoyed our stay considerably, the breakfast, and the free offers in the afternoon into the evening. The staff is superb and they can direct you to excellent restaurants that the locals frequent. We highly recommend this place to those who would like to stay in the very center.

Really enjoyed our stay here with my son to watch Edinburgh finest (Heart of Midlothian) play Fiorentina - Andrea was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was really nice. The room was very stylish and clean. The location is great - 15-20 min walk to the stadium, but also a nice walk into the city centre too, and it is in a quiet location - there is also a large supermarket and nice places to eat nearby which we really liked. It felt very safe walking back at night with my 11-year old son. Firenze was beautiful, and along with 4,000 other Hearts fans we had a great time, and were welcomed by the very friendly Firenze people. We would absolutely stay here again.
