Situated in Amman, 700 metres from The Jordan Museum, Sandra Hotel offers air-conditioned accommodation and a shared lounge. Very friendly staff that helped with our luggage that did not arrive! Great service, thank you! The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all the sights in Amman. There is private parking right next to the hotel for 5 JOD per day which is very convenient when you have a rental car.

I booked the suite which was more than enough for me and my two children. 18 minute walking from the market. Decent breakfast including scramble eggs and pancakes. I will post no photos as there are easily found at the hotels website and most certainly they need frequent update.

We absolutely loved the stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special mention to Yara & her team - Ahmad, Najla, Janna, Osama, Hassan who made us welcome and looked after us. For me this is the best hotel in Amman, in the city. Close to all important attractions, NO TAXI NEEDED. everything is nearby) The rooms are exactly like the photo. I took a video of the number. everyone says WOW! Everything is new and clean. I advise everyone to stay at this hotel and you will not regret it. Price, location, and staff 10 points. They even decorated my room with balloons because it was my birthday. What I value most is the helping relationship of Manager Mohammed Al-Qabalani. I want to return there again)

The staff was excellent. The manager especially, went out of the way for many things. There was a small problem with my booking, but the manager accommodated me very well. All staff were Very polite and always ready to help for any requests. I stayed in suite room, there was no WiFi network reaching there, there were a few minor inconveniences but I still would give a review of 10/10 because the way they tried to do everything to make my stay comfortable.
