Set in Zamami, a few steps from Maehama Beach, Blue Suites Hanamuro offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The view from the room is amazing. The owners and staff were all very helpful, sweet and serviceminded. We loved the warm bath on the roof.

Just 350 metres from Aka Island’s ferry terminal, the completely non-smoking Hanamuro Inn offers simple air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and shared bathrooms. This is one of my favourite places to stay in all my worldwide travels. Apart from Aka island being the cutest and calmest island with the best snorkeling, this hotel always makes the trip. The owners of this property are so nice and always willing to help you with anything. The rooms have everything you need and the bathrooms are always clean. There is a communal kitchen with a kettle, fridge and microwave you can use if you don’t feel like eating out. The outdoor space is the absolute highlight though. It has tables and chairs and two outdoor bathtubs, perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. They also rent out snorkeling gear and push bikes to make your stay incredibly easy. They gave us a map of all the beaches with local knowledge on the best snorkeling too. I first stayed here by myself and made sure I brought friends with me the next trip. They all said out of all the places we stayed on the trip that this was their favourite. Thank you for such a wonderful stay again, I will definitely be back.

Set in Zamami and with Ama Beach reachable within 100 metres, Dining & Stay 38 Miyahira offers a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. Excellent stay at 38 Miyahara Dining and Stay! Owners are a very sweet couple who are welcoming, caring, attentive and exceptional hosts! Accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Two separate guestrooms on the upper floor with terrace. Conveniently located less than 1 min walk to beautiful Ama Beach! About 1-2 min walk to the town bus as well. Able to rent beach equipment (snorkel masks, fins, tent) from them, all in great condition. They also drove us to and from the ferry port and were so thoughtful to offer to lend us their hat when we forgot ours! Restaurant, izakaya style, was absolutely incredible! Amazing food and service! Was very glad to eat there during our whole stay, tried most of the menu and everything was delicious, meticulously and beautifully prepared. They were also so kind to provide a tasty packed bento lunch for us one day. Both Western and Japanese style breakfasts included were also wonderful! Dinner menu available in both English and Japanese (though be sure to not miss out on the mozuku seaweed tempura on the Japanese menu (not on the English menu)). Highly recommend them and look forward to returning!

Located in Ama, 100 metres from Ama Beach and 300 metres from Gahi Beach, エスポアールあま offers air conditioning. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Host was so nice and hospitable! She offered to pick us up from the port, and the next morning arranged for her staff to drive us to Furuzamami beach. She even gave a ride to my friend who was staying at a different hotel. The property was just as pictured. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast at the host's food stand was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

Located just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Ama Beach, which is famous for breathtaking sunsets, Minshuku Yadokari is surrounded by untouched nature on the Zamami Island. I LOVE THE FUTON ! I THINK THAT'S THE BEST FUTON I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I am sorry to the beach, but I love sleep on that futon. THE MEAL ARE OUTSTANDING !! Breakfast 700 yen and Dinner 2000 (exc tax) It's just worth any penny. Try to eat at izakaya and I think it cost you more. They give well-balanced nutrition on your meal. THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY !! They welcome you very well and give the japanese omotenashi.

Situated in Zamami, within 1.4 km of Furuzamami Beach and 1.5 km of Ama Beach, サンメール座間味 features accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking... The view, the staff, the facilities, the convenience - everything was amazing! My room was beautiful and the hotel is moments from the dock. I rented an eScooter from them and got to tour the most amazing sights, then had an amazing dinner here in the evening! The staff were super-friendly, patient, and helpful, and made a foreign traveller feel very welcome on their island! Worth every yen!

Just 110 metres from Zamami Ferry Terminal, the completely non-smoking Cha Villa provides Western and Japanese rooms with free wired internet, an LCD TV and a kitchenette. Amazingly close to the port, easy to find, staff is kind and helpful, cozy vibes and charming.

Located on the beautiful Zamami Island, Guesthouse Iyonchi is a 5-minute walk from Zamami Port. A beach can be reached within a 15-minute walk. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The property was well located, a close few minute walk to the port, impeccably clean, and very reasonably priced. It was the owners that made it very special, they conducted fantastic tours and trips of all kinds. I did a snorkeling tour, which was Exceptional, better than snorkeling Hawaii. They really know this island, and work hard to make sure every guest has a peek, enjoyable experience. I loved Zamami Island, it was super easy to get around, and very chill. Fantastic experience, and this guesthouse has my highest recommendation.
