Located in Oshima and with Kobohama Beach reachable within less than 1 km, 三浜館 伊豆大島 provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Absolute nostalgia in traditional Japanese style with delicious dinners and hearty Japanese breakfasts. Though not suitable for anyone who can't cope with living on the floor (cushions and futon), I would bring first-time visitors here for the great experience. There are tables and chairs in the reception/dining area, available for use at any time.

The owner was absolutely amazing! I don't think I ever met a better host! Her English skills are excellent and was very helpful by showing us poi's and recommending restaurants. We were sad we only booked 2 nights. We will be back!

Do ask for the price for dinner as we had booked not knowing that it was a standard cost per pax.
