It is a new hotel, about 10 minutes of easy walk from the Shizuoka station. Everything was nice and clean, the room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The buffet style breakfast was delicious, most of the main food was changing every day, so I never got bored of it during my 5-day stay. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and the spa was great to unwind after a long day on foot. All in all it exceeded my expectations and I'd be happy to come back.

Set in Ito, ISANA Resort offers accommodation with free private parking, a bar and family rooms. This place was 200% fantastic. The host picked me up at the train station and we headed to the resort after made a short stop at the convenience store. The resort was well decorated and just next to the seaside. I enjoyed the sunshine and rain in the private bath with the sea view, and that was so relaxing. The breakfast and 7 course-dinner was extraordinary (check out pics, they will speak for themselves) I highly recommend this place to everyone

Located right in front of the ocean, Gardenvilla Shirahama features accommodations with ocean views and free Wi-Fi. It was a 5-10 min walk to the beach. the view from the infinity pool was spectacular same with the two open air baths which can use for free. The rooms are all clean, the fact that they dont let you wear your outside shoes inside the hotel was a plus for me even if its a little inconvenience when you need to go out real quick. The staff were all awesome.

The hotel is a great starting point for Yogosaki Trail and Mount Omuro. In addition, there is the goodest boy in the hotel - golden retriever Nagi, who is friendly and you can pet him. We totally recommend this place!
