We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I

Gorgeous stylish and modern architecture Everything felt brand new and well maintained Decorations very trendy Asian style The food was gorgeous and we only ate here everyday And the staff were the sweetest, gracious and genuine Laotian women Whoever owns this place you have made a beautiful home here and it feels like your employees must love you because they were all very happy ❤️

Don Khone'de yer alan Bontai Resort, Don Khon bahçe, teras, restoran ve bar sunmaktadır. Göl manzaralı odalarda klima, gardırop ve ücretsiz WiFi erişimi mevcuttur. Everything was perfect. We felt welcomed by the staff and everyone was genuinely kind and friendly. The wife of the owner is cooking absolutely amazing and we ate there every day. Free bike to ride around the island.

Pakse'de, Uluslararası Otobüs Terminali KM 2'ye 500 metre mesafede yer alan Heaven Guesthouse'ta ortak salon, ücretsiz özel otopark, teras ve restoran bulunur. Tina, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always there to assist and guide with anything I need. Abu Bakar, one of the staff members, is very knowledgeable about the area and is always available to help book tuktuks or taxis. I even felt comfortable asking about the safest way to return to the hotel late at night. Tina even gave me access to the kitchen and offered me free food, which made me feel right at home. The mattresses in the room are so comfortable, which isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Laos.
