The beach was a 2 minute walk away, which is perfect in case you are feeling like going for a quick swim. The owner also provided clear instructions how to arrive at the location from the highway and also is often times nearby in case there is anything he can help you with. All of us definitely had a nice and relaxing stay over the weekend.

Lying in bed overlooking the Baltic was so relaxing. I took a long walk on the beach and only saw 2 other people the whole time. It was absolutely perfect for relaxing and getting away from the craziness of the big cities. Absolutely worth the several hour drive from Riga. The night sky was one of the top 2 night skies I have ever seen, being able to see every star in the sky and the Milky Way streaking across the heavens. It was an absolute highlight of my Latvia & Estonia trip. Bed was comfortable and the cabin was clean and had cute decor and even some cute battery powered string lights.

Dundagas Pils is located in Dundaga, within a 3-minute walk from the Dundaga Castle built in 1249 and the lake. Free WiFi access is provided for guests’ cionvenience. The location was good and it was very easy to find it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything one need's to cook. The shower and toilet room were clean and nice. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. It was very quiet during the night. The shop was just 450 m. The price for all this was very reasonable. The courtyard and surroundings of the castle were exceptional. I will definitely come back here.
