The lodge was built as a family home 5 years ago and they started renting out a couple of years ago. So it has a very homey feel. Owner Youssef speaks perfect English and Aziz and Layla were exceptionally attentive. The property has spectacular views and the only wifi in town (though it was a bit weak / spotty). The room was clean, bright, and spacious - the place is very new. Food was plentiful and good. There was no set mealtime - you just let them know when you want to eat. Unfortunately, I got sick and mostly slept for 4 days. But the view from the terrace is gorgeous and I'm sure there would be good hiking in the area.

Especially Emma, the concierge specialist who honestly made our stay amazing. Emma helped our family with all of our questions and upgraded our room without asking (It was an amazing feeling and special touch by her) insuring my family and I had the best view available of the waterfall from our balcony. I honestly would return specifically for the experience our family had with the staff. Not only did Emma help us with all of our questions, she also helped us get in touch with a local guide and made sure we didn’t over pay. She has a lovely heart and speaks English perfectly. The property is amazing as well and is located directly next to the falls. I would highly recommend for anyone who is in love with nature and good food to stay here. The experience my family had was priceless.

Great and clean small hotel with a lovely terrace upstairs. The owner of the facility is friendly and speaks excellent English. Definitely a safe place on the hotel map of Morocco.

Hotel France Ouzoud is located in Ouzoud Town, just a 5-minute walk from the Ouzoud Water Falls. It features a communal, Moroccan-Style living room and an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace. Very close to the falls! (5 minute walk) Muhammad was a fantastic host and greeted us with tea and got us situated quickly so we could immediately go to the falls. Beautiful terrace views and so quiet at night.

Hôtel Chellal Ouzoud is situated in Ouzoud, a 5-minute walk from the famous waterfalls. The staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. Especially Hakim and Saber, I strongly recommend this hotel. The other guy also was nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the water was hot. The breakfast was also delicious and super rich. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.
