Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

Only thing that needs to be improved are the surrounding roads, but I highly recommend a stay at the Rubi.

During our stay, we had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, and I must say, the food exceeded our expectations - fish tacos are a must try! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience in the middle of the jungle. Thank you for everything! :)
