Struttura esteticamente molto bella e pulita e staff molto disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia molto bella e pulita. Letto comodo, aria condizionata e ventilatore, bagno eccellente. Piscina e aree comuni molto carine.Colazione molto buona e variava tutti i giorni. Tramite l’hotel abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio convenzionato lì davanti. Staff molto gentile in quanto era disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ed informazione ed abbiamo usato il servizio lavanderia molto rapido ed efficiente.

Everything has been so good at Viva Merida hotel. I highly recommend staying here. We got a car and they arranged the parking very easily ( parking is extra and not a lot. it's mentioned so we were aware). The staff was always very helpful with recommendations and more. The place itself and the room were beautiful. Breakfast...OMG! DELICIOUS and a lot!!! A water machine is available to refill your bottles or carafes ( provided). I honestly have no pain points to share! Everything in Merida was a close walk from the hotel. Great location.

Fantastic little cabanas in a quiet area at the edge of town away from the busier centro. My partner and I loved our stay. Reonaldo was a fantastic host! Super attentive and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. You really notice the attention to detail and design he and his wife put into the property. He has bicycles that he lends out for free to guests which was very helpful to get around town. Breakfast of coffee and fresh fruit and granola was perfect for starting the day. And you can't beat having the beach just a few steps away. Not to mention Celestun is a birding paradise!

Puerto del cielo is a super cute family run hotel in a lovely peaceful spot by the sea, and away from the toursit bustle of Progresso to the East. Jill and Randy were the most helpful and lovely hosts who really looked after me, including hooking me up with a bike rental and pointing me towards local rustic spots to grab food. The rooms are incredibly nice and tastefully done, and I loved my twenty yard stroll down into the warm ocean then sits in the thatch covered veranda watching the waves and writing. I will come again.
