Strategically located across Taman Negara entrance, Taman negara rainbow guest house is 600 metres from Taman Negara Jetty and a short walk to many floating restaurants. Very peaceful atmosphere, the gave us free water and tea, the staff was very nice.

Jason is an amazing host and the place is clean and comfortable with the best view in town. Jason also organize tours and try to keep the group small which is really good compare to other company and Farid and Imran, the two guides, are really knowledgeable about the jungle and really fun !

The host Luka is super friendly, welcoming and hospital. The room is clean and the view is amazing from the terrace. You look right into the jungle when having breakfast. The breakfast is also very good. The place is a little further away (30 min walk) from the village, but Luka (or his assistant Zul) will bring you and pick you up every time you go the rainforest or the village. Also Luka and Zul will help you out with everything you need, including arranging tours. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to go back! Thanks Luka and Zul!

Situated in Taman Negara, Balai Serama Guesthouse offers tranquil and comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by lush greenery, it features a restaurant and provides free parking space on site. I was a little bit sceptical about the included half board option but it turned out to be the best decision. There were quite a lot of options to choose from and it was delicious. Also I usually do not book tours from hotels due to overpricing but it seemed they have regullar price + it was a nice lift forward and backward in a Hilux trunk seats. My family also liked a very nice and maintained tropical garden.

Durian Chalet felt like home. The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, big, beautifully placed in the big property. I loved that my chalet was in front of a large patch of pandan, and it smelt wonderful. The chalet is located away from the main town square and that made it much quieter-something that I really wanted. Overall, I will definitely be coming back and staying here.
