Situato a Khorixas, il Twyfelfontein Tented Camp offre la connessione WiFi gratuita, un ristorante, una piscina all'aperto e un bar. This camp blew our minds! in the middle of the Damaraland region with limitless landscapes around, tremendously comfortable, clean, and of high standards tents are located. The lobby decorated in an old African style and served by joyful staff was jaw-dropping for us! We felt like home there! There are 2 swimming pools, one located right next to the reception area, second closer to the tents. As the camp is located at the bottom of the mountain, there is a path leading you up to the hill where you can admire the beautiful sunset while drinking cocktails served at the top bar. Buffet dinner offers local treats, similar to breakfast. The fire is one of the evening options and you will not regret looking at the stars and warming your feet by the fire. The tents themselves are cozy and well-maintained, with spacious double beds (enough for a family of 3) and a clean bathroom.

Sundowner is absolutely beautiful, stunning! One of the best in Namibia! It is quiet, private, intimate! Food was good, breakfast was excellent, drinks are great and rooms are nice and spacious. We have not tried elephant drive, but if Etosha will be next destination, you will see plenty of them.

The food was good and the personnel great in assisting us with all our needs. Stayed only for one night but definitely it's with staying more, at least two.

Our stay at Huab Lodge was simply a dream! We were very warmly welcomed and the location is absolutely unique. The food was also excellent. Our absolute highlight was the River Drive. The nature and also the elephants were really breathtaking. What we really liked was how respectful the handling of the elephants was. It was left enough distance to the elephants and also respected when the signal came that we should "move on". Nevertheless, we were able to spend a lot of time with the elephants. You just noticed that they are free and wild elephants, which made everything even more unique. By far the best drive of the entire vacation.

A unique experience of ‘camping’ in a delightful location. Quiet well spaced tents with veranda, and outside private shower and wc. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good facilities with a communal pool for a cooling dip after a long drive. We did self catering but were set up with wood and a braii to cook as the sunset and under the stars.
