Very friendly staff and lovely restaurant with waterhole. Booked a safari and guided walk, both are highly recommended.

Place was tranquil with wild animals walking past our glass doors like Kudus.. Badgers, Meerkat, Squirrels.. A quiet tranquil place with water hole which you can sit back and relax and watch wild animals taking their drink. Like to mention that Onguma staffs like Leonard and Thomas go beyond their duty and was very helpful to come forward and help me change a punctured tyre which I greatly appreciated and thankful. Service staffs like Moses and Kolumbo always ready to help our dining needs. Manager Albertina and Egga always cheerful to ensure we had a good stay. The chef whipped out a nasty awesome beef fillet which was out of this world. The meals are fantastic.

Best place in east etosha !! this hotel is amazing and just located after the Etosha park entrance ! Staff are sooo friendly and Quality of food is exceptional !! The rooms are soo beautiful and very clean ! I love this place

We really enjoyed the outdoors facility,it’s amazing to spend your afternoon by the pool or just relax in the lounge area! Room were perfectly clean and all the staff was exceptional!

The hoist was extremely accommodating and allowed us to use anything we required in the establishment. Also fetched us from town, given advice on what to get for our dinner. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We experience rainy night during our visit.
